The app isn't Apple-notarized yet, so macOS shows a warning on first launch. Right-click the app → Open → Open. (Or run xattr -cr /Applications/AgencyDesk.app in Terminal.) Only needed once.
Open the Assistant tab and paste an API key — free works fine:
